BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY

Please Read Carefully

All new client bookings are requested to be made via my booking button. By Booking your appointment online you create your own manageable account for which you can manage your booked appointments,. You may change and reschedule up until 24 hours before your booked appointment.

After 24 hours your appointment is final and no changes can be made to your booking including cancellations.

If you miss your appointment or cancel outside the required time frame you will be required to pay IN FULL for your cancelled treatment cost.

I understand that life happens and some things cannot be helped so do get in touch with me before 24 hours so i can help find a more suitable appointment for you.

PRIVACY POLICY

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will applies from 25th May 2018 , when it supersedes the outdated UK Data Protection Act (DPA).

The GDPR expands the rights of individuals to control how their personal data is collected, stored and processed and my PRIVACY POLICY has been updated accordingly.

I am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and at the same time providing you with the best possible treatment and customer care.

How your information is collected and how it is stored.

When you book online you create an account The information is then stored on my booking system. For services you will be asked to complete a Client Consultation Form. This will include information about any medical conditions which may affect my ability to provide the service you are requesting. My insurers also request that i collect this information to ensure my customers well being and to satisfy insurance requirements.

Most information that you provide is voluntary, however, we like to have a contact number so that if needed i can contact you. I request an email address to enable email reminders about your appointments and with your permission, forward information that i feel may be of interest to you.

My client record cards are stored on paper and on a computer.

If you have purchased a gift card to be delivered your address isn't stored.

When you engage with me on social media such as Facebook or Instagram i will use your personal data (such as your username) to respond to you. These companies collect your data in compliance with their own GPDR.

Where you contact me via my website and your email address and phone number is requested this is to contact you about future appointments and not stored until you make an account.

I do not share your information with any third parties. The information i hold is avaliable to me prior to your appointment and notes regarding your treatment will be added.

I always request written parental consent and an accompanying parent for clients under 16 years of age.
